New UBC members kiss the moose
As new members are introduced, they are cheered with ‘Bruce or the Moose’ – a chance to celebrate their admission by
- smooching the moose who presides over the Lilacs Room or
- smooching UBC’s Coxswain, currently held by Bruce LaLonde.
The annual tradition takes place at the 100 Mile Dinner in June.
