Steward River Clean Up 2: Schuylkill River Spring Cleaning

When: Saturday, 9:00-11:30 AM

Meeting Location: Kelly Drive & Lemon Hill (for a specific location, contact Schuylkill Navy on their Facebook page).

Project Details: Did someone say spring cleaning?! Generous volunteers are giving the Schuylkill River a spring makeover with the help of Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and Schuylkill Navy of Philadelphia on Boathouse Row in Philadelphia. Get your friends and family together, and join the efforts to keep our parks and rivers clean by signing up to volunteer:

Weather: Please wear sturdy, closed toed shoes, and dress warmly in clothes you won’t mind getting dirty! Please also bring water for hydration, sunscreen, snacks, and anything to feel comfortable working outside for several hours.
