Boathouse Rental Procedures
All members are encouraged to make full and frequent use of the Boathouse, including the Lilacs Room and Lea Balcony. Please check with a Lilacs Warden before scheduling an event or even hosting a quiet summer supper on the balcony to ensure that there is no rental event taking place at the time of your desired use.
University Barge Club can accommodate small intimate gatherings of 75 or less. These include social events, wedding rehearsal dinners, receptions and business events. The second floor deck offers spectacular views of the Philadelphia skyline and the Schuylkill River that will impress your guests.
